Soebandono | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study aims to determine the effect of the work engagament and psychological capital to job satisfaction drivers gojek. Through this research is expected to find out how far the influence of the totality of work and psychological capital on the drivers of gojek. This research uses quantitative approach with regression analysis method, and validation test of construct using Confirmation Factor (CFA) technique. The sample numbered 175 drivers gojek. The sample of research was determined by using non probability sampling technique. The data collection instrument using Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) developed by Spector, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) was developed by Schaufeli and Bakker and Psychological Capital Questionner (PCQ-24) developed by Luthans, Avolio, et al., 2007. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the variable influence of work engagement and psychological capital with a significance value of 0.000 or p <0.05 to job satisfaction. So the nil hypothesis (Ho) that exist in the major hypothesis in this study was rejected. The result of the test of the minor hypothesis examining the influence of 7 IV, there are two nil hypothesis (Ho) rejected, it means that there are two IV that have significant effect on job satisfaction, the absorption and resilience variable, while the vigor variable, dedication, self efficacy, optimism and hope effect on job satisfaction. |

Moreover, with the implementation of the trade zone of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) currentlyits the realization of the Asia free market. There are eight professions involved in MEA competition, among which the the field of nursing, so the work readiness become important that a student should have when facing the world of work. This study was conducted to determine the influence of significants goal orientation, personality type, and campus climate on work readiness. Subjects in this study is 5 to 9 semester student of nursing and 1 and 3 semester of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah nurses profession student amounted to 151 are taken by purposive sampling technique. The results show that there an influence of goal orientation, personality type, and campus climate on work readiness is significant with the proportion of the variance is 63.6%. The hypothesis minor test show that emotionality, extraversion, conscientiousness, and teaching learning have a significant influence on work readiness. While learning goals, performance goals, honesty-humility, agreeableness, openness to experience, safety, interpersonal relations and the institutional environment have no significant effect.Suggestions for subsequent research in order to use other variables in order to enrich this study. |
| Pengaruh Self Efficacy Dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Optimisme Karyawan Kontrak Uin Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta | Author : Sundus Hara, Akhmad Baidun | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect optimism on employee contract, that involved 217 contract employees of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Nonprobability sampling was used as sampling technique. Instruments in this study using an adaptation of optimism scale which is Life Orientation test- revised , and a modified scale of Generl Self Efficacy Scale, and the last one is adaptation of social support scale from Weiss (at Cutrona, 1987). While the method of analysis using multiple regression by SPSS software, Lisrel was used for construct validity testing.
The result showed that there was a significant effect of self efficacy variables (innitiative, effort, and persistence) and social support (attachment, social integration, reassurance of worth, reliable alliance, guidance, and opportunity for nurturance) to optimism on contract employees. Although it was found that the results showed from nine independent variables there is only six independent variable that significantly affects the optimism of the contract employees was innitiative, effort, persistence, attachment, social integration and reliable alliance. |

Subjects of this study are 210 high school students in the area of Triguna Utama School. This study showed various results of cyberbullying intention variance proportion that affected by self-esteem, emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, companionship support, intrinsic orientation and ekstrinsic orientation which is 17,9% with the significant contribution variable as follows: companionship support, intrinsic orientation, and ekstrinsic orientation. |

Researchers used quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. Population and sample of this research was a UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta student. The sampling used non-probability technique that involved 261 students. The measuring instrument was adapted from a scale of cyberbullying as a theory Williard, UCLA Loneliness Scale (UCLA-LS), a measuring instrument was adapted from the scale of self-control as a theory Averill, The Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale. The results of this research showed that loneliness of self-control and self-esteem significantly affect cyberbullying with contribution 23%. There are four variables that significantly affect the cyberbullying that trait loneliness, depression, loneliness, cognitive control, and decisional control. While social desirability variable loneliness, behavioral control and self-esteem were not significant. |

Marital satisfaction is a personal feeling that strongly related to helath and happiness of marriage. Subjects for this study were 247 wifes at South of Jakarta and 50 wifes were apply for divorce at Religious Courts of South Jakarta. The instrument used was TRIM-18 Inventory (Transgression-Related Interpersonal Motivations-18 Inventory), GRAT (Gratitude, Resentment, and Appreciation Test), and EMS (Enrich Marital Satisfaction). Results indicated that forgiveness and gratitude have significant relationship with marital satisfaction. But, one of dimensions of forgiveness, benevolence motivations, doesn’t have significant relationship with marital satisfaction. So as duration of marriage. |

One of them is emotionally changes that causing the interest feeling with opposite sex emerge. In this era, dating on adolescent is not a new thing. However, the impacts of dating become more serious. One of them is dating violence amongst adolescent couples. The objective of this study is to examine the effect of attachment style, religiousity and gender toward dating violence among adolescent. Samples are 209 students which were taken with convenience technique. The three scales that used in this study are dating violence scale, religiousity scale, and attachment style scale. Their validities are examined by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Meanwhile, the method that used is multiple regression. Findings were consistent with previous research. The findings show that religiousity, attachment style and gender has significant effect toward dating violence among adolescent. All of the independent variabels have implication about 10,5%, and the others were affected by variables outside the research. After the proportion variance were analyzed, the results show that fearful avoidant, which is dimension of attachment style, and gender are the biggest predictors toward dating violence. For better result, we suggest to use bigger sample size. |
| Pengaruh Kepribadian Big Five Dan Coping Stress Terhadap Kecerdasan Emosi Pada Mahasiswa Kedokteran Di Jakarta | Author : Ridha Hanifah Margolang, Risatianti Kolopaking | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :This study was conducted to know the significance influence of the big five personality (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness, neuroticism) and coping stress (confrontive coping, distancing, self-control, social support accepting responsibility, escape avoidance, planful problem solving, positive reappraisal) towards emotional intelligence. Participants in this study are medical students of State and Private Universities in Jakarta who are undergoing pra-clinic / Co- Assistant period from the 8th to 11th semester and taken by snowball sampling technique. The CFA technique (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was used to test the validity of the measuring instrument and multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the big five personality variable and coping stress had a significant influence towards emotional intelligence. A large proportion of the variance of emotional intelligence that is explained by all independent variables of 63.5%, while the remaining 36.5% are influenced by other variables outside this research. There are six variables that have significant effect on emotional intelligence which is agreeableness, openness, self control, social support, planful problem solving, positive reappraisal. Meanwhile, the variables of extraversion, consciencetiousness, neurotiscm, confrontive coping, distancing, accepting responsibility, escape avoidance, has no significant effect on emotional intelligence. Researcher suggest that all medical faculty creates emotional intelligence as an additional course so they can understand and practice how to control their emotions properly. |

The sample amount of 255 female students at Faculty of Psychology UIN Jakarta which were taken with non probability sampling. Data analysis used binary logistic regression analysis technique. The result found that there was significant effect of reference group and perceived quality on purchase decision which was explained in all independent variables was 30,8%, while 69,2% was influenced by external variable of this research. Overall these result indicated that the best predictor of purchase decision of decorative cosmetics for lips without halal label are performance, beauty bloggers, and serviceability. Therefore, for further research is suggested to examine another variables other namely culture, family, age, job, life style, personality, motivation and attitude is recommended for future research. |

Sampling technique in this study using non-probability sampling. The measuring tool used in this study consists of the Anti Corruption Intelligence Scale which the authors develop themselves to measure the anti-corruption intention, Moral Integrity Scale to measure moral integrity, AIO Psychographic to measure lifestyles, and the Denison Organizational Culture Survey to measure organizational culture. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was used to test the validity of measuring instrument and Multiple Regression Analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results revealed that there was a significant of moral integrity, lifestyle and organizational culture against anti corruption intention at 56.3%. It means that the proportion of varians of anti-corruption intention in can be explained by moral integrity, lifestyle, and organizational culture at 56.3% and 43.7% explored by other factors. |
